Minister: Livestock Plan Should Guide, Not Prescribe
A minister spoke at a global conference about making livestock farming sustainable.
The minister, Rajiv Ranjan Singh 'Lalan', wants the plan to help, but not force, countries to follow rules.
He believes each country should be able to make its own choices based on its needs.
This approach would let countries decide what works best for their livestock farming based on their own situations and goals, while still working towards a common goal of sustainability.
The focus is on flexibility and understanding, and adapting to different countries' needs and situations.
