ISKCON Organizes 25 Rath Yatras in Gurugram
ISKCON Gurugram is hosting 25 Rath Yatras, which are big chariot processions, from July 15 to July 25 in different parts of Gurugram.
These events are filled with dancing, singing, and plays that teach about India's Vedic culture.
People believe that pulling the chariot or seeing Lord Jagannath during the procession can bring them spiritual happiness and freedom from problems.
The main gods from the temple come out to bless everyone, which is a rare and special event.
The idea for these Rath Yatras came from Srila Prabhupad, who started them outside India in 1967.
This year, the events are happening in places like Pataudi, Essel Towers, Farrukhnagar, and SGT University.
ISKCON Gurugram is organizing 25 Rath Yatras across the city from July 15-25.
The events feature devotional dancing, kirtan, and dramas to celebrate Vedic culture.
Participants believe pulling the chariot or having darshan of Lord Jagannath brings spiritual liberation.
The Rath Yatras are held at various locations, including Pataudi, Essel Towers, Farrukhnagar, and SGT University.
The initiative was inspired by ISKCON's founder, Srila Prabhupad, who started Rath Yatras outside India in 1967.
