Fox News Names Emily Compagno Permanent Co-Host of The Five

Fox News has given Emily Compagno a permanent job on The Five.

She will start the new role on Sept.

8.

Compagno currently co-hosts another Fox News show called Outnumbered.

She will leave that program when she moves to The Five.

A temporary host will fill her old seat until Fox News chooses a permanent replacement.

Compagno will work with several other hosts, including Greg Gutfeld and Dana Perino.

She is replacing Jeanine Pirro, who left after being appointed U.S. attorney in the District of Columbia.

The Five is Fox News’ most-watched cable news program, with millions of viewers.
