MRVC Enhances Ghatkopar Station with New Facilities

The Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Limited (MRVC) has recently opened a new elevated deck and a foot over bridge at Ghatkopar Station.

This is part of a project to make the station better for passengers.

The new facilities will help people move around more easily and reduce crowding.

The elevated deck connects the Metro foot over bridge to the new South-end foot over bridge.

The foot over bridge is wide and long, providing more space for passengers.

There are also new staircases and future plans for escalators and lifts to make it easier for everyone, including senior citizens and people with disabilities.

The project was designed with the help of IIT Roorkee to ensure it meets the needs of passengers.

The chairman of MRVC said this is an important step in improving Mumbai's railway infrastructure and making it more convenient for commuters.
