Thoothukudi Hosts Health Awareness Walk Led by District Collector
The District Collector of Thoothukudi started a walk to encourage people to walk more for their health.
It was organized by the Department of Health and Family Welfare.
People walked around 8 km, starting and ending at St. Mary’s college.
There was also a medical camp set up for the walkers to use.
Many important people were there to support it.
An awareness walk, themed "Lets Walk and Gain Health", was held in Thoothukudi.
The walk was organized by the Department of Health and Family Welfare.
The District Collector K. Elambahavath flagged off and participated in the walk.
The walk began at St. Mary’s college and covered approximately 8 km.
A special medical camp was organized along the route for participants.
