91Springboard Leases 1 Lakh Sq Ft for New Co-working Centers
A company called 91Springboard is opening two new places where people can work together.
They are renting a lot of office space, about 100,000 square feet, in two big cities, Mumbai and Gurugram.
These new work spots will open soon.
This is because many companies want places to work that are flexible, meaning they can use them for different amounts of time.
91Springboard already has many such places across India and plans to open even more.
They are helping businesses find the office space they need.
91Springboard has leased approximately 100,000 sq ft of office space for two new co-working centers.
The new centers will be located in Mumbai (40,000 sq ft) and Gurugram (60,000 sq ft).
These facilities are scheduled to become operational by the next quarter.
The expansion is driven by increasing corporate demand for flexible and managed workspaces.
91Springboard currently manages over 1.64 million sq ft across 43 centers nationwide.
