Cohance Lifesciences invests $18 million to expand ADC strategy

Cohance Lifesciences invests $18 million to expand ADC strategy

Cohance Lifesciences plans to spend $18 million on two biotechnology companies.

One of them is NJ Bio, where Cohance will increase its ownership.

The other is Aruka Bio, which works on a type of medicine called antibody-drug conjugates, or ADCs.

Cohance will become the controlling owner of Aruka Bio.

The companies want to combine research, customer services, and manufacturing.

This could help them develop medicines from early research through production.

The money will come from Cohance’s own funds.

The deals are expected to finish by September 2026 if all required agreements and conditions are met.
