Poly Medicure Acquires Citieffe, Expanding Orthopedics Globally

Poly Medicure, a medical device company, is buying Citieffe, an Italian company that makes tools for fixing bones.

The deal is worth ₹324 crore.

Citieffe sells its products in Italy, the US, and Mexico.

Poly Medicure wants to sell its products in the orthopedic market, especially for bone trauma and injuries.

Citieffe has a strong research and development department, which should help Poly Medicure grow.

This is the second international acquisition for Poly Medicure in a short time.
