DDA Offers 25% Discount on Delhi Flats

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started a new program called the Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026.

This program offers flats in Delhi at a 25% discount.

The flats are available in different categories like HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS.

You can find these flats mostly in Narela and some LIG flats in Siraspur.

To buy a flat, you need to register online starting from January 24, 2026, and book it from January 28, 2026.

The registration fee is Rs 2,500, and the booking amount depends on the type of flat.

For example, it's Rs 50,000 for the smallest flats and Rs 10 lakh for the biggest ones.

After booking, you'll get a letter with the payment details and other steps to complete the purchase.
