Nutritionist Shares Tips for Brain Fog During Perimenopause

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, a popular actor, talked with a nutritionist named Rashi Chowdhary about a problem called brain fog.

Brain fog makes people feel slow, forgetful, or confused.

This often happens to women during a time called perimenopause, which is before menopause.

Rashi explained that hormones changing during this time can cause brain fog.

She gave three tips to help: eating healthy fats like ghee or coconut oil in the morning, adding a special mushroom called lion's mane to drinks, and taking supplements like creatine and CoQ10.

A doctor named Dr. Ravina Patel checked these tips.

She agreed that healthy fats are good but said there isn't enough proof that lion's mane mushroom helps with brain fog.

She also said that eating a balanced diet is important and supplements might not always be necessary.
