South Point Alumni Reunion Celebrates 30 Years
South Point High School had a big reunion for its alumni and retired teachers.
They celebrated 30 years of the Association of South Point Ex Students (Aspexs).
The teachers taught fun classes, and the alumni enjoyed food, music, and memories.
They also started new groups in North America and Europe.
The school is building a new campus, and this might be the last reunion at the current location.
Everyone had a great time singing, eating, and catching up with old friends and teachers.
South Point High School hosted a reunion for the 30th anniversary of Aspexs, with 1,600 alumni and 30 retired teachers participating.
Retired teachers conducted mock classes, covering subjects like mathematics, Bengali, and biology, with some alumni expressing gratitude for their past teachings.
The event included the launch of two global chapters of Aspexs in North America and Europe, with plans for country chapters.
Alumni-run food stalls saw high demand, with some selling out by sunset, and a sweets shop taking advance orders for biryani.
The reunion featured performances by Pranab Chatterjee and the band Urban Monkz, concluding a day of nostalgia and celebration.
