RPF Delhi Division Rescues 5,200 Children in Operation
The Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Delhi has a program called 'Operation Nanhe Farishte' to help kids.
They set up teams to look for children in trouble on trains and at stations.
From 2021 to June 2025, they rescued 5,200 children.
These children were lost, ran away, or might have been in danger of being hurt.
When the RPF finds a child, they help them and give them to groups that take care of them.
These groups then work to send the children back home or to a safe place.
RPF Delhi Division rescued 5,200 minors under 'Operation Nanhe Farishte' from 2021 to June 2025.
30 Anti-Human Trafficking Units (AHTUs) were established for the operation.
The operation targeted children in distress on railway premises and trains.
Rescued children included runaways, missing children, and those at risk.
Rescued children were handed over to Child Welfare Committees or NGOs.
