Mastek Shares Fall After Q1FY27 Results

Mastek, a global IT services company, recently announced its Q1FY27 results.

The company's consolidated profit after tax (PAT) increased by 15% year-over-year to ₹105.88 crore, and revenue from operations grew by 7.7% to ₹985.25 crore.

However, the standalone PAT fell by 50.3% to ₹20.80 crore.

The company's CFO, Deepak Kedia, highlighted resilience in performance but noted a sequential decline in EBITDA due to delayed collections in the Middle East.

The CEO, Umang Nahata, mentioned that the company remains focused on long-term growth and operational efficiency, despite geopolitical uncertainties affecting the Middle East business.

Despite these positive outlooks, Mastek's shares fell over 4% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), indicating investor dissatisfaction.
