UK Paints to Acquire 14.48% Stake in Berger Paints

UK Paints, a company that owns a big part of Berger Paints, is going to buy an even bigger share of Berger Paints.

This is like when one part of a family decides to take over more of the family business.

They are doing this to make things simpler and save money on rules and management.

After this, UK Paints will own more than half of Berger Paints, but the total ownership by the whole group won't change.

This deal doesn't need any special approval from other investors because of the rules.
