Rohit Pawar Urges Protesters to Join Pune MPSC Agitation
Some people from Maharashtra planned to travel to Delhi for a protest.
Several trains were cancelled or delayed before the trip.
Rohit Pawar said these changes made it harder for people to get to Delhi.
He asked those who could not go to join a protest in Pune instead.
The Pune protest was planned for October 10 and 11.
It was led by people preparing for exams run by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission.
They had been protesting for nine days over their demands.
Pawar said the movement would continue even if people could not travel to Delhi.
NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar urged people unable to travel to Delhi to join the MPSC aspirants’ agitation in Pune.
The Pune protest was planned for October 10 and 11.
Railways cancelled several trains due to anticipated heavy road traffic and rescheduled two Mumbai Central Rajdhani Express trains by five hours.
