A man named Tushar Sunar went to the Pharmacy Council office in Bhopal to get a digital signature on his certificate.

He had been trying to do this for over a month.

When he went to the registrar's cabin, he was told she was on lunch break.

After waiting for hours, he tried to approach the officer's cabin again, which led to an argument.

The guard grabbed him and pushed him, causing him to fall.

Then, many staff members came and started hitting and kicking him.

Tushar recorded a video after the attack, saying he was badly hurt and asking the Chief Minister to take action.

The video went viral, and the police registered a case against the Pharmacy Council President and other officials.

However, a case was also filed against Tushar for obstructing government work and assault.

Some student groups protested at the Council office, demanding the President's resignation.
