RIIM Pune Students Reach Top 10 at National B-Plan Championship
Students from RIIM Pune reached the final Top 10 in a national business-plan competition.
The event was held at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
MakeIntern organized the competition.
Students from many teams across India took part.
The RIIM team presented ideas such as chocolate made with jamun seed powder and edible straws.
They also presented bandages made from bilva fruit and a project called Agrinova.
These ideas used natural resources and focused on sustainability, health and food innovation.
The competition helped students practice turning classroom lessons into business ideas.
Their mentors guided them while they presented their concepts to an academic and industry audience.
