Kerala Schools to Get Anonymous Complaints, Police Oversight
Kerala schools are getting new complaint boxes and police officers to help keep students safe.
These boxes let kids report problems anonymously, which is a change from the past.
A police officer will be in charge of checking the boxes and helping with the issues, big or small.
This is part of a larger plan to stop drugs and other problems in schools.
The officers will also watch for trouble around the school.
The goal is to make sure schools are safe and supportive places to learn.
Starting next year, the first two weeks of school will be dedicated to learning about important social issues, which is a new idea.
Kerala schools will install anonymous complaint boxes supervised by police.
The initiative aims to protect students and combat the drug menace.
Each school will have a dedicated police officer overseeing the system.
Complaints can be submitted anonymously and will be reviewed monthly.
The SPG aims to ensure safe and supportive learning environments.
