Russia is also discussing building its SJ-100 regional jet in India.

These manufacturing talks are about 80% complete, according to United Aircraft Corporation.

United Aircraft Corporation and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited have already signed an agreement on licensed SJ-100 production.

The plans would expand cooperation between Russia and India beyond military equipment into civilian air travel and manufacturing.

Several agreements may be announced during the Innoprom India exhibition in New Delhi.
