Kalam Foundation Takes 147 Ramanathapuram Students To ISRO

A foundation connected with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam took 147 school students to visit ISRO.

ISRO is a place where space research is carried out.

The students came from different parts of Ramanathapuram district.

These areas included Rameswaram, Mandapam, Uchipuli, Ramanathapuram and Paramakudi.

They were chosen because they were science students.

The trip was planned around Dr. Kalam’s death anniversary on July 27.

The students began their journey from Dr Kalam’s national memorial near Rameswaram.

They traveled in three buses, which were sent off by Kalam’s niece and grandson.
