NDA to win 2026 TN assembly polls, says BJP state chief
The head of the BJP party in Tamil Nadu, a state in southern India, believes his alliance, called the NDA, will win the next state election in 2026.
He said this is because people liked how the national government, led by the BJP, has been doing a good job.
He also mentioned that people didn't believe what some others were saying to try and trick them, similar to what happened in a recent election in another state called Bihar.
This shows he is hopeful about winning the upcoming election.
BJP state chief Nainar Nagendran predicted an NDA victory in the 2026 Tamil Nadu assembly election.
Nagendran stated that the Bihar election results reflect the good governance of the central BJP government.
He interpreted the Bihar results as a rejection of those spreading misinformation.
The prediction was made in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
Nagendran linked the Bihar outcome to the potential success of the NDA in Tamil Nadu.
