FDA Fines ₹3.10 Lakh on Unlicensed Food Businesses in Nashik

In a place called Nashik, there are people who sell food on the street.

The government has a rule that every food seller must have a special license.

The license proves the seller keeps food clean and safe to eat.

Some sellers in Nashik were selling food without this license, which breaks the rules.

Officials called the FDA came to check the food stalls.

They found many sellers without licenses.

They also found two sellers serving food on old newspaper, which is not hygienic.

The officials fined those sellers, and the total money collected was more than three lakh rupees.

The FDA told all food sellers to get their licenses and follow cleanliness rules.

That way, everyone can enjoy safe and clean food.
