Ahmedabad to install dashcams on buses for civic monitoring
The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is planning to put special cameras, called dashcams, on city buses.
These cameras will use smart computer programs to watch for problems like big holes in roads, people breaking traffic rules, and things blocking the streets.
The AMC wants to find a company to help them set up these cameras and the computer programs.
This will help the city fix problems more quickly and keep the streets safe and clean.
The project is being managed by a special group called Smart City Ahmedabad Development Limited (SCADL).
