MSRTC Begins WhatsApp Ticket Booking for Dadar-Pune Shivneri Buses
MSRTC has created a new way to book Shivneri bus tickets.
Passengers can use WhatsApp instead of waiting at a ticket counter.
They must save the number 8097030022 on their phones.
Then they send a “Hi” message.
WhatsApp will provide instructions for choosing and reserving an available seat.
The trial is for the Dadar-Pune-Dadar route.
It will run from September 24 to October 23, 2026.
MSRTC will decide whether to continue or expand the service after seeing how passengers respond.
