Passenger Claims AC Failure on Air India Express Flight
A passenger on an Air India Express flight from Dubai to Jaipur said the plane's AC didn't work for over five hours.
They posted a video showing people sweating and complaining about no help from the crew.
The airline said the AC was working, but delays happened because of traffic and the plane doors being open.
They also said that the cooling might not be felt as much while the plane is on the ground.
This happened after another Air India incident.

The passenger claimed the AC was out for over five hours with no crew response.
The passenger shared a video showing distressed passengers in the heat.
Air India responded by stating the AC was functioning and that delays were due to ATC congestion.
The airline also said that cooling may not feel optimal on the ground with open doors.
