Thailand's King to Make Historic Visit to China
The King of Thailand, named Maha Vajiralongkorn, is going to visit China for a few days in mid-November.
This is a very special trip because it's the first time a King from Thailand has visited China since they became friends way back in 1975.
The visit is happening right when Thailand and China are celebrating 50 years of being friends.
The King was invited by China's leader, President Xi Jinping.
It's a big deal because it shows the two countries are still close friends.
Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn will visit China from November 13 to 17.
This marks the first visit by a Thai monarch since diplomatic relations were established in 1975.
The visit is at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
It coincides with the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Thailand and China.
