Shiksha Finance Secures INR 43M via PTC Deal

Shiksha Finance, a company that gives loans to small businesses and workers, recently completed a deal with DMI Housing Finance.

They raised INR 43.4 million through a special financial tool called pass-through certificates (PTCs).

This money comes from loans that Shiksha gave to people who need financial help.

DMI Housing Finance bought these PTCs, which are backed by a pool of 148 loan contracts.

This is Shiksha's third such deal, and they have now raised over INR 200 million this way.

Shiksha uses these funds to help small business owners and workers by giving them loans against their property.

This helps these people grow their businesses and improve their financial situation.
