Germany's Economy Grows 0.4% in Q1, Beating Forecasts
Germany's economy, like a big company, did better than expected in the first three months of the year.
It grew by 0.4%, which is twice as much as experts thought.
This growth was fueled by selling more goods to other countries and making more things in factories.
The bosses in charge were surprised because things went better in March, and it looked like they were trying to do more before some new rules might make things harder.
The new leaders are hoping to help the company grow even more.
Germany's GDP grew by 0.4% in the first quarter.
This growth is double the initial estimate.
Stronger-than-expected exports and manufacturing drove the growth.
The last time Germany saw stronger growth was in Q3 2022.
Businesses tried to get ahead of potential US tariffs.
