YSRC Demands Disclosure of VIP Air Travel Expenses
The YSRC party in Andhra Pradesh is asking the government to show all the secret orders and bills for the special flights and helicopters used by the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, and a minister.
They say these leaders are traveling too much between Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh, spending a lot of money.
The YSRC claims that the Chief Minister alone spent about ₹56 crore on air travel in one year.
They also mentioned that the Deputy Chief Minister took 11 special flights and one helicopter ride in just five days, staying in the state for only one night.
The YSRC is upset because they think the government is not being careful with money, especially when other workers like ZPTC members have not been paid since 2024.
They want the government to be more open about how they are spending money.
YSRC demands disclosure of secret government orders and payment records for VIP air travel.
Allegations of reckless spending and frequent travel between Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh by CM Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, and minister Nara Lokesh.
CM Naidu allegedly spent about ₹56 crore on air travel in a year.
