India Rotates Bowlers, Backs Samson

India Rotates Bowlers, Backs Samson

India's bowling coach, Morne Morkel, said they are trying different bowling combinations in the T20I series against New Zealand.

This is to make it hard for other teams to plan against India in the upcoming World Cup.

They have different bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah, Arshdeep Singh, and Varun Chakravarthy resting at different times.

Morkel said having all-rounders like Axar Patel and Hardik Pandya helps them change the bowling order easily.

He also mentioned that Bumrah is a top bowler and needs support to handle the pressure.

The team wants to be ready for different conditions in the World Cup, which will be played in places like Delhi, Mumbai, and Colombo.

Additionally, Morkel backed Sanju Samson, saying he is just 'one knock away' from regaining his form.

Samson has struggled recently, scoring only 16 runs in three matches, while Ishan Kishan has impressed and is now in contention for a spot in the World Cup squad.
