Student Challenges Delhi CM SHRI School Admission Test

Student Challenges Delhi CM SHRI School Admission Test

An 11-year-old student named Janmesh Sagar is going to the Delhi High Court to challenge a rule that makes kids take a test to get into Class VI at special schools called CM SHRI Schools.

The student says this test is not fair and goes against a law called the RTE Act, which says all kids should have equal access to education without any tests or fees.

The court had already said the test is okay, but the student is asking a higher court to change that decision.

The student's lawyer says the test is unfair and goes against the law's intention to make sure all kids can go to school easily.

The case will be heard soon.
