Saif Ali Khan Wins Bhopal Land Dispute
Saif Ali Khan and his family have won a long-standing legal battle over a piece of land in Bhopal.
Three local residents had claimed that the land was given to their ancestor by the last Nawab of Bhopal.
However, the court ruled in favor of Saif Ali Khan and his family, stating that the land was recorded as the personal property of Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi in 1949.
The court also mentioned that the plaintiffs could not provide clear and legal proof of their ownership.
The land, which is more than 16 acres, is now considered safe for Saif Ali Khan and his family.
This decision puts an end to a dispute that had been going on for more than 10 years.
A civil court in Bhopal ruled in favor of Saif Ali Khan and the Pataudi family in a 16.62-acre land dispute.
The court dismissed a petition filed by three local residents who claimed the land was gifted to their ancestor by the last Nawab of Bhopal.
The court found that the plaintiffs could not provide clear and legal proof of their ownership.
The land was recorded as the personal property of Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi in 1949, and a portion was sold to a builder in 1998.
The court's decision means that the Pataudi family has full legal rights over the land.
