High Court Orders FIR Against Police Inspector for Alleged Assault
The Karnataka High Court told the Ballari District Superintendent of Police to investigate a police inspector who allegedly beat up a local man.
The court said the police can't ignore complaints just because the accused is a police officer.
The victim had photos showing his injuries, but the police didn't take his complaint.
The court wants a fair investigation, maybe even at another police station.
