Panaji Installs Recycled Plastic Benches for Public Spaces

Imagine the city is putting up new benches.

These benches are made from old plastic like bags and wrappers.

They've installed 11 of these benches on TB Cunha road.

Each bench uses a lot of recycled plastic to make it sturdy for sitting.

This is a good thing because it uses up plastic trash.

This project shows how trash can be made useful again.

The city hopes to put more of these benches in other places too.

This makes public spaces more comfortable and better for the environment.
