Lululemon CEO Calvin McDonald to Depart
Calvin McDonald, the CEO of Lululemon, is leaving his job next month.
He helped the company grow a lot, but recently, sales in the U.S. have been going down.
The company's founder, Chip Wilson, has been criticizing the leadership, saying it needs to be more creative and innovative.
While sales in other countries are growing, the company is still struggling in the U.S. Two other leaders, Meghan Frank and André Maestrini, will temporarily take over as co-CEOs while the company looks for a new permanent CEO.
Marti Morfitt will also take on a bigger role as the executive chairman.
McDonald will stay on as an adviser until March to help with the transition.
Calvin McDonald, CEO of Lululemon, will step down on January 31, 2026.
Meghan Frank and André Maestrini will serve as interim co-CEOs.
Marti Morfitt will take on the role of executive chairman.
