Mulugu Collector Orders Swift Action on Public Grievances
People in Mulugu brought their problems to a government meeting called Praja Vani.
The district collector and other officials listened to their petitions.
A total of 44 applications were submitted.
Fifteen were about land.
Four asked for help through the Indiramma house schemes, and seven concerned pensions.
The other 18 applications involved different departments.
The collector told officials to send each request to the correct department.
He also asked them to solve old cases quickly so people can receive help sooner.
Mulugu District Collector Bhorkhade Hemant Sahadevarao directed officials to quickly resolve petitions received through the Praja Vani programme.
Officials received 44 applications during the session at the new integrated district office complex.
The applications included 15 land-related cases, four Indiramma house scheme requests and seven pension matters.
The remaining 18 applications concerned other government departments.
The collector instructed officials to forward every petition to the relevant department and address pending cases with accountability.
