MSEDCL Launches 'Swagat Cell' Portal for Industrial Support
The MSEDCL has started a new online portal called 'Swagat Cell' to help industrial businesses with their electricity needs.
This portal lets 278 industrial groups talk directly with MSEDCL anytime.
It helps solve problems quickly, like power supply issues, new connections, and billing.
So far, they have solved 215 out of 242 problems.
The portal also shares reports on the issues and their solutions.
Industrial consumers are happy because they can now communicate easily and get their problems fixed faster.
The MSEDCL also meets with these groups to discuss and solve more issues.
MSEDCL launched the 'Swagat Cell' portal for 24x7 support to 4.48 lakh industrial consumers.
278 industrial associations are connected via the portal for direct interaction.
124 Action Taken Reports (ATRs) have been uploaded for transparency.
215 out of 242 issues have been resolved, with 27 pending resolution.
The portal aims to provide transparent and swift resolution of service-related issues.
