September US Visa Bulletin Shows Limited Advancement
The US government releases a monthly report called the Visa Bulletin.
This report tells people when they can apply for visas to live and work in the US.
The latest report shows that it's only slightly easier for some family members of green card holders to apply.
But, for those applying for jobs, there's no change.
The government is warning that they might run out of visas for job-seekers soon because many people are trying to get them.
The September US Visa Bulletin shows minimal movement in family-sponsored visas.
No advancements or setbacks were reported in employment-based visas.
Dates for Filing for family-sponsored F2A visas moved from April 1, 2025, to June 1, 2025.
The US Department of State warns that employment-based visas may become unavailable in September.
