Delhi High Court Rules on Yuvraj Singh's Personality Rights Case

Delhi High Court Rules on Yuvraj Singh's Personality Rights Case

Yuvraj Singh, a famous Indian cricketer, has filed a lawsuit in the Delhi High Court.

He wants to protect his personality rights because some people are using his name, image, and other personal attributes without his permission on the internet.

The court is going to decide soon about removing this content.

The court said that the people who first put up the content should take it down within 48 hours, and then the internet companies should also remove it within 36 hours.

The court also said that it will only order the removal of the specific links mentioned in the lawsuit for now.

If new infringing content appears, Yuvraj Singh can ask the court to extend the order.

The court will hear more about this case on November 13.
