Theegala and Rai Headline Indian-Origin Challenge at Wyndham Championship

This week, some of the best golfers in the world are playing in a tournament called the Wyndham Championship.

It is the last regular tournament of the year for the PGA Tour, a big golf organization.

Two golfers of Indian origin, Sahith Theegala and Aaron Rai, are the main players to watch.

Aaron Rai won this same tournament in 2024 and also won a huge championship called the PGA Championship this year.

Theegala was hurt in 2025, but he is healthy again and playing very well.

After this tournament, the FedExCup Playoffs begin with the top 70 players.

The field will shrink to 50 players and then to just 30 for the final Tour Championship.

Some players, like Jackson Koivun, Brooks Koepka and Jason Day, are fighting just to keep their season alive.

The event is being played at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, and golf fans are excited to see who shines before the playoffs.
