Piramal Enterprises CFO Upma Goel Resigns, September 30

She said she wants to try something new.
This happened after the company reported good financial results for the first three months of 2025.
The company made a lot more profit compared to last year and its revenue went up.
They also have a lot of money saved up.
The company is also getting ready to merge with Piramal Finance.
Despite the good news, the company's stock price went down a bit on Friday.
Upma Goel, CFO of Piramal Enterprises, is resigning on September 30, 2025.
Goel cited career aspirations as the reason for her departure.
PEL's net profit for Q1 2025 rose by 52.4% to ₹276 crore.
Revenue from operations increased by 18.8% to ₹2,646 crore.
PEL's shares closed down by 4.07% on Friday, September 19.
