India's Clean Energy Push at Davos 2026

At the World Economic Forum in Davos 2026, India made big plans for clean energy and new technologies.

The country has already built a lot of non-fossil fuel power and wants to do even more.

Different states like Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka talked to global investors and companies.

They made deals worth trillions of rupees for projects in clean energy, digital infrastructure, and advanced technologies.

For example, Schneider Electric will invest Rs 623 crore in Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh got a ₹25,000 crore investment from Essar Group.

These deals will create jobs and help India become a leader in clean energy and technology.
