AIFF revises ISL charter, simplifies voting
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) sent a new set of rules to the Indian Super League (ISL) clubs.
They made this change because many clubs had concerns about some parts of the old rules.
One big change is about how votes work in the group that makes decisions.
Before, they needed at least two special votes to make a decision.
Now, any decision can be made with just more than half of the votes.
They also changed how the group that manages things votes.
If they can't agree, the decision goes to the bigger group.
This makes things simpler and fairer for everyone.
AIFF sent a revised charter to ISL clubs addressing their concerns.
Simplified voting mechanism in the governing council.
Removed the requirement for at least two affirmative votes from AIFF Members.
Decisions now require a simple majority of Members.
Management committee decisions not resolved will be referred to the Governing Council.
