HNAF Team Scales Unnamed Peaks in Ladakh
A team of climbers from India, called HNAF, climbed two mountains in a cold, high place called Ladakh.
These mountains didn't even have names before!
The climbers reached the top of the first mountain at around 10:20 in the morning and then climbed the second one shortly after.
Another team also climbed the mountains on the same day.
The HNAF team had to deal with strong, chilly winds and climbed without any extra help, like guides.
They made a plan to climb quickly because of bad weather.
The climb was very hard, and they had to go up a steep rock face.
They were very happy to reach the top and put up their flags.
Himalayan & Nature Adventure Foundation (HNAF) team successfully scaled two unnamed Himalayan peaks in Ladakh.
The team reached the summit of Point 6,150 meters at 10:20 am and Point 6,086 meters at 11:50 am on August 9.
Another team from the Snout Adventurers Association also reached the summits on the same day.
The HNAF team consisted of Ganesh Saha, Kalyan Deb, Sudeb Roy and Kajol Dutta.
The team executed a fully unsupported ascent, without Sherpas, guides, or porters.
