NHAI Introduces Digital Local Pass and MargMitra Help Centre
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has launched two new features on the Rajmargyatra Mobile App to make life easier for people who travel on highways.
First, there's the Digital Local Pass, which lets people who live near toll plazas buy a pass online without having to visit the toll plaza in person.
This pass allows unlimited travel through the toll plaza for a month.
Second, there's the MargMitra Help Centre, which is like a digital assistant that helps with things like FASTag recharge, checking refund status, and getting information about passes.
You can type or speak your questions in any of the 22 Indian languages, and the system will either give you the answer or direct you to the right service.
These new features aim to make things faster and more convenient for highway users.
