Casagrand Debuts in Dubai with $120M Luxury Project
Casagrand, a company that builds homes in India, has started its first project outside India.
They built a very fancy apartment building in Dubai called 'Casagrand Hermina'.
It cost $120 million to build and has 131 homes.
These homes are big and nice, ranging from 827 to 2,536 square feet.
The company plans to build even more homes in the United Arab Emirates over the next three years.
The person in charge of Casagrand said they worked hard to make sure the homes are special and fit the style of living in Dubai.
Casagrand, a Chennai-based real estate developer, launched its first international project, 'Casagrand Hermina', in Dubai.
The project is a $120 million luxury residential development with 131 homes ranging from 827 to 2,536 sq ft.
Casagrand plans to develop 6 million sq ft of premium living spaces across the UAE over the next three years.
The project is located on Dubai Islands and is designed to reflect the sophistication of Dubai living.
Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand, emphasized the extensive efforts in selecting the location and designing the homes.
