Allahabad HC Rejects Chinese National's Bail
A Chinese man named Xue Fei was arrested in India for making fake ID documents, staying illegally, and sending computer parts to China.
The court said he can't be released on bail because he might run away, especially since India and China don't have an agreement to send criminals back and forth.
The court also said one of his friends already ran away, so it's risky to let him go.
The court wants the trial to finish as quickly as possible.
Allahabad High Court rejected the bail application of Chinese national Xue Fei @ Koei.
Evidence includes forged Indian identity documents, tampered visa, and illegal export of electronic components.
Court cited the absence of an extradition treaty with China and the risk of absconding.
Xue Fei denied involvement, claiming he was falsely implicated based on co-accused statements.
Trial court directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
