LeT Building New Training Camp in KPK to Evade Indian Strikes
LeT is building a new training camp called Markaz Jihad-e-Aqsa in Pakistan's KPK region, near the Afghan border.
This follows Indian actions targeting LeT facilities.
The camp is meant to replace training centers hit by Indian strikes and is led by Nasr Javed.
It will focus on recruitment and terrorist training.
The facility is expected to be operational by December 2025.
The new camp is designed to avoid Indian scrutiny, with LeT shifting operations from areas near the Indian border.
This move is part of a broader trend of terror infrastructure development in the area.
Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) is constructing Markaz Jihad-e-Aqsa in Lower Dir, KPK.
The facility is located approximately 47 km from the Afghan border.
Construction began in July 2025 and is expected to be completed by December 2025.
Nasr Javed, a mastermind of the 2006 Hyderabad blasts, is in command.
The new camp is intended to serve as a training and recruitment hub.
