Cockroach Janata Party Chooses Pressure Group Over Political Party

A group of young people in India got very upset about problems with a big medical exam called NEET, and they held protests in Delhi.

Their protests worked so well that the government even changed the Education Minister.

Inspired by this, a group called the Cockroach Janata Party decided to keep pushing for change.

But here is their big choice: they do not want to become a political party or run in elections.

Instead, they want to be a 'pressure group' that nudges the government from the outside.

They plan to travel across the country asking people what they think, under the slogan 'Kya Bolti Public', which means 'What does the public say?'.

They care a lot about helping young people find jobs.

Some people think this is a great and honest idea.

Others say that to make big, lasting changes, you usually have to become part of the government and make the rules yourself.

Only time will tell if their plan works.
