Annelies Sitvast Promoted to Lead Amazon MGM Benelux Originals
Annelies Sitvast, who used to be in charge of reality shows at Amazon MGM Studios, is now in charge of all the original shows and movies for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
This means she'll be deciding what new shows get made and will oversee both the unscripted (reality) and scripted (movies and shows) content.
She's been with Amazon since last year and has already helped create shows like 'LOL'.
Before Amazon, she worked at other TV companies, learning a lot about making shows.
This new job is a big step up, and she'll be reporting to the head of originals for the UK and Northern Europe.
Annelies Sitvast has been promoted to Head of Local Originals for Benelux at Amazon MGM Studios.
The new role covers the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Sitvast previously served as Head of Unscripted at Amazon MGM Studios.
She reports to Tara Erer, Head of UK & Northern Europe Originals.
This is the second new leader of an Amazon MGM Studios originals team in Europe in a month.
